How ION Club Karpathos handles your details.
What we collect
When you book a lesson or rental we ask for your name, phone number, email, and your preferences (date, sport, level, who's coming). If you sign in, we also keep your lesson history and skill levels so your instructor knows where you left off.
Why we collect it
To confirm and run your booking: the station office uses your phone and email to confirm your lesson, send you the details, and reach you if the wind changes the plan. We don't sell your details, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and lesson records are kept so returning guests can pick up where they left off. If you want your details removed, tell us — we'll do it.
